Content Writer

Objectives of this Role:
  • Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards and marketing needs.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate product information into simple, polished, and engaging content. Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience. Write SEO friendly content to increase web traffic
  • Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements for building marketing documents
  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write marketing material like blogs, case studies, eBooks, white papers, product one pagers, website etc.
  • Drive product value positioning through marketing collateral
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams to deliver
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field, English or Journalism
  • 2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Firm understanding of  B2B enterprise technology consulting and solutions industry
  • Previous technical writing experience for assisting marketing and sales function
